All services provided at an hourly rate which is discussed ahead of time with no surprise taxes or fees.

Products such as bins and organizers are not included in my services but can be provided at cost upon request.

What does a professional organizer do?

Declutter & Organize

What to expect during a regular session: 

Declutter:

  • Sort items into similar categories
  • Edit amount of items, removing trash & donatable items
  • Tidy; Move items where they belong / create a spot for items, using your habits as a guide.
  • Quick dust / wipe of surfaces & drawers etc
  • Tips on how to minimize belongings & maintain progress
  • One vehicle load of donations removed from location at the end of the session (optional)

Organize:

  • Arrange and store items so they are easy-to-find and put away for everyone
  • Zone your space to work better for you
  • Tips on best organizing & storage solutions, hacks, products
  • Labels (optional, up to 10 labels at no extra cost)

 

Baskets, bins, etc provided upon request, pay as you use.

Kid's Bedroom/Playroom

Bedroom owner involvement is recommended but not required. 

  • Organize and declutter 
  • Set up the child’s space based off age, interests, height, reading level and ability to put belongings away 
  • Strategies on items to keep, pass on, or how to decide on some things a bit later (Time-Will-Tell Bin! or Rotating Toys are great solutions that require no supplies!)

Paperwork Done Easy

  • Set up filing systems for home or small business use (simple or complex)
  • Set up a drop zone for incoming papers
  • Most homes have similar categories: taxes, health, warranties, memories, etc. 

Memory Bins

A Memory Bin or Keepsake Bin is meant to be a contained box with sections that make sense for YOU to be able to easily put away momentos to easily find again. 

 

 

These help keep paper clutter more manageable by having a place to put many items without thinking about it.

  • One vehicle load of donations removed from location at the end of the session (optional)

All of my services are provided at an hourly rate which is discussed ahead of time with no additional fees. Taxes included. Travel fees will be discussed ahead of time for jobs more than 20 minutes outside of Charlottetown or Summerside.

In-home sessions are scheduled for 3-6 hours with no obligation past each appointment. Pay for each appointment at you go. Appointments are first come, first served. 

I can work with you, or alone with your guidance. The decluttering decisions are yours. 

Other tasks I can help with:

  • Take a trunk-load of items to be donated

What Do I NOT Do?
 
  • Regular cleaning or heavy-duty tasks like toilets, stove, dishes, sweeping, mopping etc
  • Moving or removal of large furniture, but I can help contact someone who does
  • Removal or large amounts of donations or trash, but I can help contact someone who does
  • Custom closets or builds
